| American support of Israel To: email@netanyahu.org Don Sudia 10 June 2002 Dear Prime Minister Netanyahu: I want to express my faith in and support of Israel . Israel is a proven leader of democratic values , a protector of human rights , and the one true ally of America and it's fight for everlasting freedom . I am not a Jewish person by birthright , but my heart is with every Jewish person in the world . The fight against terrorism is not just the duty of the honorable men and women of America & Israel's armed forces . Instead , it's a fight that depends on the individual strength and resolve of every person who truly cherishes democracy and freedom wherever they live in the world . Whether they live in Tokyo -Calcutta - Tel-Aviv - Montreal - Moscow - or Minneapolis , the same threat looms above each and every one of those cities . I am dedicated to doing my part in the war against terrorism , I would like to know how I can help not only my fellow Americans in this time of crisis , but to also be of assistance to the millions of Israelis who are facing an increasingly frequent and deadly threat of Palestinian based terrorism . The media has certainly not been a friend of democracy in many reports . Especially bias reporting of last month's incursion , concerning a notorious journalist by the name of Geraldo Rivera . I believe in the media and fair unbias journalism . However , it seems more and more frequent that these reporters are given death threats and ultimatums by the Palestinian Authority . One such instance was the October 2000 vicous attack waged by a savage mob in Ramallah when two IDF reservists were taken into custody by PA Police , and subsequently murdered by the attack of a mob of militants . Journalists who were covering the attack were threatened , beaten , and deprived of their film . A large majority of Americans support Israel , and I believe most always will . However , the propandists and apologists of terrorism are being invited to appear on talk shows . In a recent "Greta" show on Fox , an operative for the terrorist group Hamas was featured on the show . His lawyer , Steven Cohen , also appeared on this show . I was so disgusted I immediately changed channels . Here we are , in America , just 8 months after the most deadly terror attack in history was waged against our innocent citizens , and an American broadcasting network invites a murderous perpetrator of terrorism to "speak his piece" on American television . Surely something can and must be done to curb the abuse of our American constitution . These diabolic masterminds are finding all kinds of ways to manipulate the constitution to extend and benefit their murderous philosophy . The Fox network has stooped to an all time low , between the prejudice one sided reporting of Geraldo Rivera and this "Greta" show , I have vowed to boycott Fox network programming for the rest of my life , or the rest of Fox's life whichever lasts longer . How can we deter other networks from hosting such dispicable killers in the future ?? This is the kind of battle I want to be better equipped to fight against , any ideas ??
