I wonder, though, why it is never mentioned that the Jews, via the JNF(Jewish National Fund) bought the land that is now Israel from the Arabs after the Arabs sold their unwanted land at top price. This land was not given to us but was bought at a premium with contributions made by many Jews. Only the fact that this land, that was bought by Jews, was mandated to be the state of Israel by the UN made it an actual country with a name. A Palestinian state was also created on other land but the Jordanians took it away from them. |
