Standing firm for Israel", Alan Keyes, WND
Abe 29 Apr 2002
Allen Keyes does make sense. unfortunately, I can't say that about the
rest
of the MSNBC hosts. I find utter disbelief in the points of Chris
Mathews,
who recently asked his guests which is more important to the U.S.--
Israel
or Saudi Arabia. He is leaning towards the Saudis. I guess morality is
only
good when one can also buy cheap fuel. I'm appalled that we should be
dictated to by the saudis. Are we a democratic country or are we to be
ruled
by world dictators under the auspices of the dictators club ( The
U.N.). I
call for immediate legislation that will force oil companies to publish
where they buy their supplies. I believe that we can solve our
dependance on
Arab oil by simply knowing which companies buy their oil in the gulf. I
believe that americans will boycott, even at higher costs, Arab oil if
they
are informed. This will be the first step to solve the mideast crises
and
get us back on track with the moral clarity of this war. The more we
prolong
this lack of clarity, Which is allowed to continue only because of oil,
the
closer we draw ourselves to a future world conflict between democracy
and
totalitarianism. For those of you not history buffs, the two world wars
and
the cold war were all struggles between democracy and totalitarianism.
In
the words of what once looked to be a great president, "let's roll".
