UN-Sponsored Terrorism
Greenberg 19 Apr 2002
The trouble is that pro-freedom, pro-democracy voices are drowned out on the world stage by the sheer number of totalitarian regimes.
One thing that is needed is a major reform of the so-called United Nations, a complicit agency in waging state-sponsored terrorism.
Instead of having a one-country, one-vote policy, the right to vote ought to be contingent on holding democratic, open elections.
The totalitarian regimes would sit in the non-voting “observers’ gallery” until such time as they replaced their dictatorial rulers.
Imagine the applause as that would ensue as each nation, over time, was drawn into the circle of freedom-loving nations.
If we set up international agencies without regard to the human rights abuses that abound, why expect any better than we have seen?
