Use the "dreaded word"

press here for Netanyahu's speech

press here for more about Arab antisemitism.

Dear Bibi,

I loved your speech. I am an American/Israeli and I spent a year in Israel when you were the Prime Minister. I was never afraid, never concerned about my comings and goings. I felt safe. Then in '99 the BS started. There was a concerted effort to get you out of office, and to elect a person who would deal with the Palestinians.

I knew the deal, maybe because I am also an American and I know my government, and how they work when they want something. They wanted to get Clinton a legacy. So they sold their souls. They thought that if they made a deal, with Barak at the head of Israel (and Peres), Israel would buy peace and Clinton would have a Nobel Prize. But it all backfired, because you can't, and must never, deal with a terrorist. Their true colors always comes out, and true to that word, Arafat "the peace partner" would not make peace.

The problem I see is this: the Palestinians have gotten some very good advice. Probably from a German or an Austrian (I know Austrians own the casino in Jericho). Someone in their camp knows how to manipulate the media.

Please, Bibi, do something; it is time to use the word the whole world fears: ANTISEMITISM. There is no comeback from that word, and, in fact it is accurate. Certainly, antisemitism and the Arabs go way back together. Tell the world about the Grand Mufti and Hitler, for example.

Those that oppose Israel's response to terrorism said not a word when the Chinese massacred the Tibetans and tried to obliterate their peace-loving culture, but let Israel defend itself against the atavistic Palestinians, and the entire world is outraged. The only explanation is antisemitism. It pains me to hear that France, Spain, Australia, etc. all have had pro-Arab demonstrations. It's shameless and something has to be done. I live in New York, (I came back because of illness) but I know that the Israelis respect and treasure the friendship of America, but it seems that our government is disloyal to Israel.

What we need is strong public relations and dedication. We must not stop in our aims to destroy the enemy that has killed innocent civilians. President Bush is dead wrong to order Israel to back off. I am a Republican, but he and his party are wrong.
